- A card must be on file for new & existing clients - Cancelations are required 24 hours in advance from appointment time - Late cancelations without a 24 hour notice will result in a 60% charge of the estimated appointment cost given at the time of booking - No shows will be charged the entirety of the original estimated appointment cost given at the time of booking & will be prohibited from any future booking - Clients 20 min late without contacting me will be rescheduled and charged a $25 rebooking fee - I offer complimentary adjustments within three days of the original appointment, should anything need to be fixed. I do not offer refunds. If any issues arise, I will happily provide one free correction. If the concern is not resolved after that, I may recommend another stylist who may be a better fit for your needs.
